Day 146 Week 21

Work tonight at 4 until 9:30. Have had a good breakfast so far and getting ready for my lunch. was going to have a snack this morning but ended up sleeping threw it so will have it as my dessert for lunch more to come after work. Will be updating every time I feel the urge to have something not on plan. Wish me luck.

Day 144 Week 21 Day 145 Week 21

OK so even though I had all good intentions and wanted to eat healthy today I did not. I feel gross. I pretty much binged off and on all day today. stupid. Tomorrow starts my detox. I will stay on plan and will eat healthy. I will not eat junk food. No point in doing the work outs if I am going to blow it with the eating. I ate over 2,000 calories today of junk. enough said.

Day 143 Week 21

Today was a good day. Eating could have been way better. But am OK with it got in my 66 plus ounces of water. And even broke down and did P90X yoga X which I don't really like but will do because. I know it will be good for me. I did one of the moves I didn't think I could do which made me happy. I will work on the rest and do the best that I can water and calories are good just need more healthy foods in the mix. Should be doing groceries tomorrow hopefully. will now soon. OK so I have been rethinking my Goal weight. And I have decided that I am going to make my goal weight 130lbs -135lbs this means that I am only 11 lbs away. So I really need to get my act together and not mess up any more. No more being careless with my eating. And make sure I get my workout's in and drink my water. I want to be out of the 140's by June 21/09 this is when we are having my son's birthday party. I will weigh in that morning, it works out perfectly that his party is on a Sunday. So this means I have 25 days to get to that goal and only 2lbs to go. Can I do it. If I set my mind to it I can for sure and I will. This is a promise. I am doing the 28 day challenge which I started yesterday. I bombed the first day but that stops now. No junk food so far today and I will be doing my work out tonight at 9. I am typing this here now so that I can come back and say that I did it because with telling who ever reads this blog that I will I have to so I don't let them down or myself down.

Day 141 142 and 143 Week 21

Day 141

Eating hasn't been the best. I am doing what I can. I saw 141lbs this morning on the scale lowest weight in a long time. Did my first work out of P90X chest and back with ab ripper x. It was a good work out. I pushed myself but I think next time I can push harder. Tomorrow is Plyometrics. I can't wait. I like this work out. Hoping to get back to my healthier eating by this weekend. Friday is grocery day. Thank god. Am getting low in food again. Calories have been good. I have been tracking my food intake over on the webs site. I need to go over there and add today's food to the food intake page. Click the link to see how the food is going Click the above mentioned exercise to see the work outs. Tomorrow will be better or at least I will try.That's all we can do right? On top off my P90X we also walked for almost 3 hours today. We walked to a local mall here from our place. What would normally take 20 minutes by bus took us 1.5 hours there and back. Water was OK but needs to be better. Every thing does.

Day 142

Eating would have been good today, but I had ice cream. It was good and was worth it I think although it was 310 calories for an ice cream bar Reese Peanut Butter to be exact. Not sure if I will eat another one as that is a lot of calories for a one time deal. There was a lot of peanut butter in one spot. Did day 2 of P90X today. It was a good workout. I did have to skip a few of the moves and am hoping to get better at them in round two. Check out the Food Intake page to see what I ate today and my calories. I also have updated my daily goals page as well. I need to get these two sites and my video up before I do any thing else. Will start doing this from now on. Tomorrow is shoulder's and arms' and ab ripper x for day 3. I think that's all for now.

Day 138 and Day 139 Week 20

Day 138
Today's weight:
142lbs
no change

So today I did chest and back plus ab ripper x from P90X . I up'd the rep's for push and for allot of the other exercises as well. It was a good workout and I only had trouble with a few like less then a hand full of the movements. Which was mostly in the AB ripper X so definitely pleased. Tomorrow I am supposed to do Plyometrics we will see how I feel after work. I am not going to do a straight 90 days of P90X. I am just going to do what I can when I can if I do to many days of it I get burnt out to quick. Today's eating has been not very well planned. I have been in lazy mode and this has to stop. Not holding my breath for a loss tomorrow. But it will be a miracle if I do have one. I will be better with my eating tomorrow this is for sure.

Today's eating has been better. But I will not be doing a workout tonight maybe tomorrow. I did lots of walking today and worked on my feet folding fashion and helping customers for 4 hours. I got off at the featheriest bus stop and walked to work and did the same coming home from work. Tomorrow we will go out with William and spend some time playing out side. And if I feel up to it tomorrow will be my Plyo day. not a lot to talk about. Eat still needs to improve and then I will be happy with my progress. Notice my weight up there? if this stays for tomorrow I will have lost like 4lbs for the week. Which will be awesome. Would be nice if I saw 140 but I think that will be pushing it. Day 137 Week 20

Hello, things have been going OK. Eating last week was a mess this week am slowly getting back on track with it. My current challenge is to not eat junk food. Like chips chocolate and candies. Chips are my biggest weakness and so is chocolate. I have had chips and chocolate 7 days out of the last I believe 12 days. I need that number not to get any higher. I took week 4 off of P90X I was getting burnt out with being back to work and not getting enough sleep on the nights the baby decided he wasn't going to sleep by him self. We have been trying to get him to go to sleep on his own in his bed. But he hates it. He screams like crazy for about 25 to 45 minutes. We go in assure him it's OK and give him his sucky a couple of times And he eventually learns that OK mommy and daddy aren't going to take me out, so I might as well go to sleep then.
We have been going for walks still. When we go place we try and walk there instead of taking the bus. If it's to get groceries we will walk to the mall and then take the bus home cause we will usually have a couple of back packs full and then the stroller's basket full as well as bags tied onto the handle of the stroller. Anyway, I am going to be making a you tube video on Sunday as it is weigh in day. And I will post it here. I have decided to track my food and goals over on the website. And have added a links page so any one wanting there site there please let me know. That's it that's all. Oh today's weight saw me back down to 142lbs so we will see if I can lose another pound by Sunday. Would be cool

Another perfect day today two more catch up workout's left to do. Day 5 no junk food and it will stay this way. If I can give up pop then I can give it up too. No eating after my last meal. I still need to get my calories up to 1800. The next phase will be hard when I have to eat 2400 calories and then 3000. I think I may just stick with the lower calories this is too high of an amount for me to eat.

Notes:
  • Sleep - been going to bed around 1 - 2 pm so a little better will find out Thursday when I start back to work. Then it will change.
Eating
  • This is getting better each day. But I need to eat 1800 calories every day for phase 1. I eat every three to four hours now. But this time frame will change when I go back to work. I will need to plan for this.
Work Outs -
  • just need to do Ab Ripper X from yesterday and yesterday's yoga X and I am all caught up
Water -
  • is good on most days need to make sure that I keep it up and also do the same amount when we go out. no slacking just because I am not at home
No Eating after 11pm -
  • this will get easier once I increase my calories. I go good for the most part but I know that I sometimes don't eat enough during the day and this is why I snack allot.
No Skipping Meals -
  • am getting better but hard to do when not hungry. How do you eat when your body doesn't want to?

Ugh I feel Fat


I have been eating real crap the last few days and I hate it . I don't know what has gotten into me. I need to stop this. And I will I was doing good with out having any junk food and have had some every day this weekend. Not a lot but enough that I should know better,So I will re start the no junk food challenge and stick to it this time. I was doing so good. I know that my period is do to come any time and I think with the stress of starting back to work again at my old job. But that is no excuse. I need to stop messing up. I got down to 142lbs and I do this every time I get to a new low weight. Well no more. This is it. The last time I give up.

Off The Wagon Kind of May 8/09

I wish I looked that good

So the last couple of days have not been good eating. Yesterday was horrible and today was some what better. We are having a hard time money wise right now and have had to make some cuts. Hoping that buy the end of the month I can start buying my foods again. I miss them. I actually crave them. I gained two pounds from yesterday and I am made at myself for it.Being back at work should help this. I am hoping. I know it will. I was told that if I biked to work that I could lock it up in the store going up to the third level and if I work days then I will do that. I will do it when we move as well.
I am starting my 4Th week of P90X on Sunday I took yesterday today and will take tomorrow off. I did do 2 mile walk away the pound tape this morning and will try and get it in tomorrow. I need to make up for two days I missed last week. And will do those on the days I am supposed to do Yoga X. I don't like yoga so will I have taken it out. My rest day this week since I am starting on Sunday will be Friday. I will only take two days off this week instead of the three. Today is day 22 of P90x end of week three. I am hoping that I can lose some of the two pounds by Sunday but not counting on it. This week will be better eating wise. I need it to be. Also I won't miss any days of P90X. I need to get back to the mind set I was in when I first started this. I will get there. I find that when I don't do the workout's I don't have as much energy. today has been a long day I have been up since about 7 this morning worked a 5 hour shift on my feet walked two miles and looked after my son I am pooped bed time will be very soon as I work tomorrow 12-8. God tomorrow is going to be a long long day.

  18. limit eating out once a week and to one meal only also no pop water or juice or milk
