- Work out 4 -5 days per week
- walk as much as possible
- continue with no junk food
- eat 1800 calories and no more then 2000
- Aim to eat 100 grams or more of protein
- track all my food and beverage intake on paper and on my blog
- eat as low carb as possible
- no heavy carbs after 8 pm
- Drink all my water 5 -6 bottles and drink only water when ever possible
- update blog and website daily
- take my mug shot daily
- weigh and measure my food all the time
- get to going to bed at a decent time
- eating out only once a week or once a month and only one
meal - limit or no processed foods
- accomplish daily goals and food goals 100% every day
- eat every three hours never going more then four hours with out eating
- Take pictures of meals and snacks whenever possible as well as whenever I have something I shouldn't.
- No fruit after 6 pm
- don't over eat, listen to my body
- no extra snacking other then planned snacks
