Goals for April

  1. Work out 4 -5 days per week
  2. walk as much as possible
  3. continue with no junk food
  4. eat 1800 calories and no more then 2000
  5. Aim to eat 100 grams or more of protein
  6. track all my food and beverage intake on paper and on my blog
  7. eat as low carb as possible
  8. no heavy carbs after 8 pm
  9. Drink all my water 5 -6 bottles and drink only water when ever possible
  10. update blog and website daily
  11. take my mug shot daily
  12. weigh and measure my food all the time
  13. get to going to bed at a decent time
  14. eating out only once a week or once a month and only one
    meal
  15. limit or no processed foods
  16. accomplish daily goals and food goals 100% every day
  17. eat every three hours never going more then four hours with out eating
  18. Take pictures of meals and snacks whenever possible as well as whenever I have something I shouldn't.
  19. No fruit after 6 pm
  20. don't over eat, listen to my body
  21. no extra snacking other then planned snacks
