Day 141 142 and 143 Week 21

Day 141

Eating hasn't been the best. I am doing what I can. I saw 141lbs this morning on the scale lowest weight in a long time. Did my first work out of P90X chest and back with ab ripper x. It was a good work out. I pushed myself but I think next time I can push harder. Tomorrow is Plyometrics. I can't wait. I like this work out. Hoping to get back to my healthier eating by this weekend. Friday is grocery day. Thank god. Am getting low in food again. Calories have been good. I have been tracking my food intake over on the webs site. I need to go over there and add today's food to the food intake page. Click the link to see how the food is going Click the above mentioned exercise to see the work outs. Tomorrow will be better or at least I will try.That's all we can do right? On top off my P90X we also walked for almost 3 hours today. We walked to a local mall here from our place. What would normally take 20 minutes by bus took us 1.5 hours there and back. Water was OK but needs to be better. Every thing does.

Day 142

Eating would have been good today, but I had ice cream. It was good and was worth it I think although it was 310 calories for an ice cream bar Reese Peanut Butter to be exact. Not sure if I will eat another one as that is a lot of calories for a one time deal. There was a lot of peanut butter in one spot. Did day 2 of P90X today. It was a good workout. I did have to skip a few of the moves and am hoping to get better at them in round two. Check out the Food Intake page to see what I ate today and my calories. I also have updated my daily goals page as well. I need to get these two sites and my video up before I do any thing else. Will start doing this from now on. Tomorrow is shoulder's and arms' and ab ripper x for day 3. I think that's all for now.
