Need to eat more on plan. Yesterday was OK but ate more snacks then meals.
Down another pound 144lbs. Hoping to be back to eating 100% on plan.Starting to go to bed early because I go back to work in about a weeks time. I would like to be on a schedule by the time I go back.
No eating from the vending machines or restaurant must bring own food at all times. And drink my water. Also must work out after I get home from work. I will work out a plan so I don't miss any work outs. This is a must no matter what. So far so good today.

Good Day need to keep it up.
