Day 143 Week 21

Today was a good day. Eating could have been way better. But am OK with it got in my 66 plus ounces of water. And even broke down and did P90X yoga X which I don't really like but will do because. I know it will be good for me. I did one of the moves I didn't think I could do which made me happy. I will work on the rest and do the best that I can water and calories are good just need more healthy foods in the mix. Should be doing groceries tomorrow hopefully. will now soon. Oh William will be getting to meet his great aunt and uncle for the first time this weekend will have pictures.

OK so I have been rethinking my Goal weight. And I have decided that I am going to make my goal weight 130lbs -135lbs this means that I am only 11 lbs away. So I really need to get my act together and not mess up any more. No more being careless with my eating. And make sure I get my workout's in and drink my water. I want to be out of the 140's by June 21/09 this is when we are having my son's birthday party. I will weigh in that morning, it works out perfectly that his party is on a Sunday. So this means I have 25 days to get to that goal and only 2lbs to go. Can I do it. If I set my mind to it I can for sure and I will. This is a promise. I am doing the 28 day challenge which I started yesterday. I bombed the first day but that stops now. No junk food so far today and I will be doing my work out tonight at 9. I am typing this here now so that I can come back and say that I did it because with telling who ever reads this blog that I will I have to so I don't let them down or myself down.
