Day 137 Week 20

Hello, things have been going OK. Eating last week was a mess this week am slowly getting back on track with it. My current challenge is to not eat junk food. Like chips chocolate and candies. Chips are my biggest weakness and so is chocolate. I have had chips and chocolate 7 days out of the last I believe 12 days. I need that number not to get any higher. I took week 4 off of P90X I was getting burnt out with being back to work and not getting enough sleep on the nights the baby decided he wasn't going to sleep by him self. We have been trying to get him to go to sleep on his own in his bed. But he hates it. He screams like crazy for about 25 to 45 minutes. We go in assure him it's OK and give him his sucky a couple of times And he eventually learns that OK mommy and daddy aren't going to take me out, so I might as well go to sleep then.
We have been going for walks still. When we go place we try and walk there instead of taking the bus. If it's to get groceries we will walk to the mall and then take the bus home cause we will usually have a couple of back packs full and then the stroller's basket full as well as bags tied onto the handle of the stroller. Anyway, I am going to be making a you tube video on Sunday as it is weigh in day. And I will post it here. I have decided to track my food and goals over on the website. And have added a links page so any one wanting there site there please let me know. That's it that's all. Oh today's weight saw me back down to 142lbs so we will see if I can lose another pound by Sunday. Would be cool

Getting William to sleep on his own is the best thing you can do for all of you. My younger one still has trouble and she is almost 4. Most of the trouble comes from me not getting her to sleep alone as a baby. Anyways... good job on the walking to the store. Great idea. And congrats on the weight front. You are rockin it!
