OK so even though I had all good intentions and wanted to eat healthy today I did not. I feel gross. I pretty much binged off and on all day today. stupid. Tomorrow starts my detox. I will stay on plan and will eat healthy. I will not eat junk food. No point in doing the work outs if I am going to blow it with the eating. I ate over 2,000 calories today of junk. enough said.
