Food Intake

Breakfast:
1/4 cup Eggs ( Egg Beaters) - 1 protein
1 cup of cheerios -1 whole grain
1/2 cup of water melon - 1 fruit


Snack:
1/2 cup of tuna - 1 protein
1 cup of strawberries - 1 fruit
1 whole wheat wrap - 1 whole grain
lettuce romaine - 1 vegetable
cucumber slices - 1 vegetable
black pepper 1/4 tsp


Lunch:
salad - 1 vegetable
mush rooms 1/2 cup - 1 vegetable
weight watchers bread 2 slices - 1 whole grain
beef 4 slices lunch meat - 1 protein
mustard 1 tsp
Romain lettuce 1 leaf - 1 vegetable
black pepper
salt
24 oz of water


Snack:
Reese Peanut Butter Cups 3 pack
berry Gatorade 710 ml

Dinner:
1 fish stick - 1 protein
broccoli and cauliflower in cheese sauce - 1 vegetable
baby carrots - 1 vegetable
whole grain uncle Ben's chicken flavor rice - 1 whole grain

2 ham slices - 1 protein
becel spray butter

Snack: black berries - 1 fruit


total calories - 1,515
water intake - 120 oz


Exercise

walk to the bank and then to the bus stop 25 minutes
Extra walk 25 - 30 minutes
