Things To Work On For the Month of April

  1. no candies
  2. no junk food or baked Good's or sweets
  3. no pop or caffeine
  4. eat no more then 1800 calories and no lower then 1200 calories
  5. track every thing I eat and drink both on paper and on my blog
  6. work out 6 days a week
  7. no eating past 11 pm
  8. eat low carbs
  9. do ab work 3 -4 days a week
  10. drink all my water and only water when ever possible
  11. update blogs and website daily
  12. take my daily mug shot daily
  13. weigh and measure all food
  14. increase my water ( am currently drink 4 bottles of water ranging between 22 and 24 ounces daily) I would like to increase this to 5 bottles.
  15. increase exercise and stick to it ( include walking with the P90X workouts)
  16. In bed at a decent time
  17. stick to healthy eating
  18. limit eating out once a week and to one meal only also no pop water or juice or milk
  19. no pop of any kind ( entering month 2)
  20. watch intake of processed foods
  21. eat every 3 hours never going past the 4 hour mark
  22. accomplish my daily goals get a perfect score each day if possible
  23. watch carb intake
  24. get in all my fruits, vegetables, dairy,protein and whole grains
  25. take pictures of meals whenever possible
  26. limit fruit after 6pm limit carbs after 8pm
  27. stop eating when satisfied don't over eat because there is food left
the goals in red are what I have accomplished so far I am carrying over the other to be worked on for the month of May.
