My Rules Or other Goals for week 16 and 17

  1. no chips,chocolate or candies
  2. drink 4 -5 bottles of water daily
  3. do P90X 6 days a week ( I have made some changes to my rest days I am not doing Yoga X so I will use it as a catch up or rest day and the same goes for Day 7 Stretch X it's a rest day)
  4. walk as much and when ever possible ( I am going out almost every day for walks sometimes twice a day)
  5. Track all my food and beverage intake
  6. eat 3 meals and 3 snacks daily
  7. no french fries or heavy fried foods
  8. no extra snaking
  9. no eating past 11pm
  10. track my food on my blog
  11. plan meals when ever possible
  12. make you tube video when ever I can
  13. weigh in on Sundays and Thursdays
  14. eat no more then 1800 calories
  15. when eating out choose healthy foods
  16. no junk food of any kind and I mean none
Will mark in red once I complete a goal.
