- no chips,chocolate or candies
- drink 4 -5 bottles of water daily
- do P90X 6 days a week ( I have made some changes to my rest days I am not doing Yoga X so I will use it as a catch up or rest day and the same goes for Day 7 Stretch X it's a rest day)
- walk as much and when ever possible ( I am going out almost every day for walks sometimes twice a day)
- Track all my food and beverage intake
- eat 3 meals and 3 snacks daily
- no french fries or heavy fried foods
- no extra snaking
- no eating past 11pm
- track my food on my blog
- plan meals when ever possible
- make you tube video when ever I can
- weigh in on Sundays and Thursdays
- eat no more then 1800 calories
- when eating out choose healthy foods
- no junk food of any kind and I mean none
