Beef and Bacon Burger's


finished product. My husband didn't want the bacon on his.

they fell apart a little bit but they were still good.


What you will need:

750g 1.5 lbs lean ground beef
1 egg slightly beaten
375ml 1.5 cups Rice Krispies cereal crushed to 175ml(3/4 cups)
50 ml 1/4 cup chili sauce
50 ml 1/4 cup finely grated onion
10 ml 2 tbsp prepared mustard
5 ml 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
5 ml 1 tsp salt
6 slices of bacon
6 burger buns


how to make it:

1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, except
bacon and buns, until well combined. Shape into 6 patties .
2. Wrap bacon slices around each patty, overlapping at the top.
Place on broiler pan. Broil about 6 minutes per side until meat
is cooked to desired doneness and bacon is crisp. Serve immediately
on toasted buns. Garnish as desired.
