Entry

I have my meals planned out and I will stick to them as best as I can. It's nice out today so will be going out for a couple of walks. The same with tomorrow if it is nice. Scale showed 145lbs. My goal is to try and be as close to 140lbs as possible by Easter weekend. And I need to be as good as possible so I can have a little treat. This is a must no being lazy no matter what.
Calories will be better tomorrow. There is no more chili left so only healthy meals not that it is overly bad it is just high in calories.
