Modified leg raises 10 reps
Cross overs 10 reps each leg
Crunches Legs Raised 10 reps
walk the dog times 3 15 minutes each time
walk outside 20 minutes
clean kitchen 15 minutes
Had a chocolate bar today and a diet Pepsi. Tomorrow I will mot have any this is a must. Calories were good. And food was good, but still need to be better. Water has been good today. Tracking and weigh in every thing is also helping. Walking is going well. Need to keep it up. Also started adding in my ab routine and other toning exercises. Will add more as the weeks go on.
