Day 2

modified knee raises 15 reps
cross overs 15 reps each side
crunches knees raised 15 reps

squats 20 reps
side bends 30 reps
wall push ups 20 reps
walk the dog 15 minutes
walk between the buses 45 - 50 minutes
extra walking 4 -5 hours pushing the stroller with the baby and groceries
dishes 15 minutes
play with William off and on threw out the day
dishes again 15 minutes
