Day 71 Week 10 March 14/09 Food and exercise log

Food Intake

Breakfast:
25 mini Wheat's maple brown sugar 200
1 cup of milk skim 80
milk 1 cup 80
32 oz of water

Lunch: Big Mac 540
Medium French Fries 480
Medium Diet Coke 0

Dinner: Big bag of Au Gratin Chips (cheese flavor )
ruffles 600

total Calories - 1,980
water intake - 30 oz
pop intake - 3

Exercise

Walk the dog times 3 for 15 minutes each
walk 1/2 hour
walk between buses roughly 45 minutes
laundry 1/2 hour
shopping 1 hour
steps for the day = 1,2734

Daily 10 Goals

  1. drink my water
  2. no junk food
  3. limit or no pop - done
  4. track every thing I eat and my beverages for the day - done
  5. update my blog
  6. work on you tube video - done
  7. weigh and measure all my food -
  8. watch portions
  9. get sleep
  10. no eating past 11 pm - done
4/10 complete not a good day for goals or my food intake.

Notes

So tomorrow needs to be good. I have to watch my intake and make sure I drink all my water. tomorrow is weigh in. and I have not stepped on the scale all week. I am so proud of myself for that.
