Day 92 Week 13 April 4/09

Meals Food Intake
Breakfast
50 ml of egg beaters cheddar and chives flavor
40 grams of Mozzarella Cheese1 slice of weight watcher's whole wheat bread
1/3 cup of black berries
1 cup of skim milk
Snack

LunchRomaine Lettuce 1 cup
1/2 cup of mushrooms
1 ring green pepper
1 ring yellow pepper
1 green onion
ranch dressing low cal 1 tbsp
turkey 2 slices
Weight watcher's bread 2 slices
mustard 1 tbsp
Romaine lettuce
30 grams of mozzarella cheese
6 pieces of cucumbers
Snack
Dinnerwhole wheat pasta 1 1/4 cup
Carrots baby 14 pieces
Broccoli 1 cup
cheese mozzarella 30 grams
Pasta sauce 1/2 cup
Snack1 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup yogurt

total calories = 1,361
