Lunch:
Mashed Potatoes ( made with 1 tbsp of margarine and about 2 tbsp of skim milk) 210
(milk 40 ) ( 80 calories for 1 cup) ( margarine 60) ( 1 tbsp is 70)
Corn canned 1/2 cup 60
Broccoli and Cauliflower in American Cheddar Cheese Sauce Simply Steam 1 package 90
Dinner:
McCain French Fries about 18 - 23 pieces (measured) 150
Cheese 3cm (30 grams) mozzarella 90
skim milk 1 cup 80
Peanut butter 1 tbsp 90
potato chips 120
Snack:
cheese ( had a little more then 30 grams) 100
Notes :
Eating was OK today not as bad as yesterday need to lay off of the Tim bits though I don't need them. They will not help me lose weight.
Exercise:
walk 1 hours
walk the dog times 2 for 15 minutes each = 30 minutes total
Steps for the day = 9,539
good day for exercise need to keep this up with the steps.
