my food scale. This is turkey. I weigh and measure it all the time any foods that Are packaged this way






pre weighed and measured foods so all I have to do is cook my vegetables or add a salad. this way there is no excuses.



one of my snacks. green peppers, mushrooms cucumbers, ranch dressing and a yogurt.
