Harvest Cheddar Sun Chips 270gram bag 240 ( 50 grams )
Dinner:
Crackers Wheat Thins 120 ( not sure of the amount it's 90 calories for 13)
cheese mozzerella cheese more then 30 grams 150 ( 90 calories for 30 grams)
milk 1 cup 80
Snack: 1/2 package mini Cad Bury eggs 250
total calories - 1,410
water intake - 52 ounces
pop intake - 4 cups ( large size coffee cups from Subway)
Exercise

Notes:
Today will be a better day. Had a good day even with the chips. But this doesn't mean I can have them all the time. I had some chips and chocolate today but they are all gone now. ( the chocolate) tomorrow will be better. Calories also need to be a little lower ( my limit is 1250)
