- no junk food
- absolutely no pop * --- I am now 21 days without pop. ( I can't say that about caffeine cause I am still eating chocolate and there is traces of caffeine in chocolate)
- track all food intake on paper and online
- weigh and measure all foods
- watch my portions
- no seconds
- drink only water were ever possible
- exercise every day
- eat only 3 meals and 1 -3 snacks as needed
- no salt other then sea salt
- watch sugar intake
- read labels carefully
- no chips
- no candies
- no chocolate or chocolate bars
I will cross off as I complete each goal or in this case put a star beside it.

French Fries ( if I do have them watch portion size)
