Day 75 Week 11 March 18/09 Fod and exercise log

Food Intake:

Breakfast:
Egg creations 1/4 cup 35
1 packet oatmeal apple and cinnamon 110 (33% less sugar)

Snack:
1/2 cup of tuna light 60

2/3 cup of mixed canned fruit 80

Lunch:

1 whole wheat wrap 90
1.5 cup of salad 15
1 tbsp of ranch dressing 35 ( low calorie)
1/2 32 ounce bottle of water
mayo 1 tbsp 40
1 celery stalk 8
onion 2 pieces 41
green pepper 20
grape tomatoes 27
mushrooms 45

Snack:
1/2 cup of Aestro Strawberry yogurt 50

Dinner:

Exercise

steps - 4,177

walk the dog times 2 for 15 minutes each time totally 30 minutes
walk out side 1 hours
clean kitchen and apartment about 20 - 25 minutes


not a bad day today. am happy with my intake. steps could have been a little better though will try harder tomorrow to get up to 5,000 that is my goal for each day.
