total calories = 1,200
water intake = 74 ounces

Exercise

walk the dog times 3 15 minutes each
clean kitchen 15 minutes
walk between buses 45 minutes
extra walking 30 minutes
total exercise time = 130 minutes

Calories need to be lower today. Back up to 145lbs I am weighing in every day this weekend and I want to be back under 145lbs. My goal for the month is to be as close to 140lbs as possible or even out of it.
Not really a good day eating. Tomorrow needs to be better. Same with Friday and Saturday.
