walk to grocery store 15 minutes
groceries 15 - 20 minutes
walk home 15 minutes


Entry:

So far only one meal today. I will eat dinner and then a snack and that's it I need more water though. So will get that in before bed. Didn't eat first meal until 4 or so. I will try and do the same tomorrow. 145lbs again today and am hoping that it will be there on Sunday,
