Dinner: Broccoli and cauliflower in cheddar cheese sauce simply steam (click link to see what it looks like this is amazing even my husband likes it)

Snack: Pears 1 can 142
water intake -66 ounces
pop intake - 4 large ones ( the large size coffee comes in from Subway not the drink sizes)
Clean apartment 15 minutes
walk to work and home 30 minutes total 15 minutes there and back
walk to the pharmacy 15 minutes and home
work 10 - 3 = 5 hours serving people and running on my feet.
walk the dog times 3 for 15 minutes each time

Diet pop 3 glasses at most ( I had 3 at work and a can at home )

3) measure and weigh all my food - done
4) watch my portions - done
5) eat 1200 calories or less - no
6) In bed at a decent time - no
7) track all my food and beverage intake - done
8) No eating past 11pm no
9) update blog - done
10) no failing or cheating - failed had two cookies
Notes:
Good day even with the two cookies. Calories are nice and low. Need to keep this up. This is a must. Didn't eat until 1:30 today will do the same tomorrow as well. Wasn't hungry.
No more eating for the night and I need to drink more water and no more cookies or at least if I have some only have one. On the cookies I don't know why I had them I didn't really want them. I think it was becuase I wasn't busy and they were there.
