Snack:
yogurt 1/2 cup strawberry 50
cucumber slices 6 pieces 45

13 crackers wheat thins 90
cheese 30 grams 120 ( a little higher then my usual kind I buy)
1/2 M&M cookie 105 ( 210 for a hole one from Subway)
Dinner:
Shepard's Pie ( mashed potatoes made with skim milk and margarine, cream corn and lean ground beef) 1 cup roughly 670
1 cup of milk 80
total calories - 2,050 ( a little high today but that is because of the Shepard's Pie. )
water intake - 40 ounces
pop intake - 3.5
Exercise
clean the apartment 25 minutes
walk 1 hours
laundry 1.5 hours
walk the dog times 3 15 minutes each
steps = 6,515
Calories are high. But pretty much all good calories. They need to be lower though. Much lower. Better with the junk food. I am also not going to weigh myself until March 22/09
