Day 69 Week 10 March 12/09

Food:

Breakfast:
2 glasses of water
10 mini wheats maple brown sugar 100 ( 25 pieces is 200 calories)
1/2 cup of skim milk
1 cup of skim milk


Lunch:
6 inch Italian BMT Subway ( on whole wheat) 450
3 -4 diet cokes


Snack:
2 glasses of water
Doritos's 221
Lindt Chocolate 220
Cad bury Cream mini eggs 6 pieces 210

Dinner:
3-4 glasses of water
Doritos's 221
Eggs mini Cad bury 6 pieces 210


total calories - 1,752
water intake - 32 ounces of water
pop intake - 4 glasses

Exercise

walk to work 15 minutes
walk the dog 15 minutes
walk home 15 minutes
clean kitchen 15 - 20 minutes
walk the dog 15 minutes

steps - didn't track them today not sure why.

  8. eat under 1200 calories - no
  9. limit pop 1 -4 - done
  10. no eating past 11pm unless it's fruit or vegetables - done
Today's two main goals were no cookies and eating under 1200 calories. I did the no cookies but I ate way too many calories. Also I had chips and chocolate eggs that needs to stop as well. Tomorrow will be better day.
