Day 1 Level 1 Ab's The Foundation

crunches modified 10 reps 60 second rest
crossovers 10 reps each side 60 second rest in between

walk between buses 45 minutes
walk the dog times 3 for 15 minutes each
extra walking 20 minutes
walk from Dr's to drug store 35 - 45 minutes
walk home 15 minutes

Well today started off good but then when we were out I had chips and chocolate to things that I am trying to give up. Only good thing is I still have had no pop. Calories will be a little lower tomorrow. I am trying to stagger them from high to low.
