Day 73 Week Week 11 march 16/09 Food and Exercise Log

Food Intake:

Breakfast

cheese 130 a little more the 30 grams

2 chocolate pudding cups 240

total calories - 1,890
water intake - 16 oz
pop intake - 1

Exercise

walk out side 2.5 hours

Calories a little lower today, which is good since they were high yesterday. But they still need to be lower then what they are. my aloud intake is 1250. A lot of my food was healthy.
