walk away the pounds 1 mile
Ab's
modified knee raises 10 reps
cross overs 10 reps each side
crunches knees raised 10 reps
squats 20 reps
side bends 30 reps
walk the dog times 3 for 15 minutes each times
No change in weight. But needed a bowel movement (TMI) Still could use a little one.
Adding an extra water today and tomorrow. Exercise will be good again today.
And this is day 2 with no pop or junk food. And I will keep it up. Was asleep by
1:00 o'clock last night. And will try to be in bed early tonight. Also no eating past
10 pm tonight and tomorrow. Calories need to be low extremely low tomorrow
this is a must, no matter what.
