Day 76Week 11 Food and exercise log for March 19/09

Intake:

Breakfast:
8 oz of water
1/4 cup of egg creations ( liquid eggs) 35
1 packet of oat meal maple brown sugar 160
8 oz of water

Snack:
1/2 cup of tuna light 60
1 apple 61
black pepper 16
1 tbsp of mayo 40

Lunch:
1 Garlic and butter Grilled Fillets blue water brand 90
salad 1.5 cups 15
tomatoes grape 27
mushrooms 1/2 cup 15
cucumbers 6 pieces 45
Cole slaw salad 1 cup 15

Snack:
1/2 cup of yogurt 50
1 apple 61
rice 1/2 cup whole grain 150

Dinner:
Peas and carrots 1/2 cup 40 ( canned)
corn 1/2 cup 70 (canned)
mashed potatoes 1 cup 260
Rice whole grain 1/2 cup 150

Snack:
Rolled log Jelly filled cake with coconut on it 210

Total Calories - 1,540
water intake - 96 oz
pop intake - 1

Exercise

walk the dog times 2 for 15 minutes each time a total of 30 minutes
clean the apartment 15 minutes
walk out side with the baby 30 minutes

Doing much better, yesterday was 100% on plan and today is so far.Will keep this up I need to do this. This is a must I am back in the 140's and I will stay there.
